• I'm still sick.
• I need to get better by today or else i have to go for a blood test tomorrow and i'm not a fan of needles and blood.
• Head is throbbing. Thanks to my headache.
• I'm still sweating. A LOT.
• I'm so bored at home. I'm rotting at home. Haven't gone out for the past few days. Geez. I miss school.
• Still no updates on whether i'm going to HK or not.
• If i do, then this year will be my first and last year of Literary Night (ELDS) and i'll never get to actually plan Leo IU Day.
• The good news is that Izzie (my dog) will be coming along with us. Thank goodness. If we have to leave her here, i'd be heartbroken and i'd start crying and crying. Phew.

Last year, i was GOING to move to Taiwan. But in the end, i didn't. I was THIS close to moving there. Hah. I made my friends cry cos i seriously thought i was going to.

Now, my dad says oh so casually, oh hey, do you wanna live in Hong Kong?
And i'm like um, live there? As in MOVE there?

And he says, yea, for a few years.

And i smile and i say ok whatever.

In my head, i'm thinking :

WHAT?? ARE YOU SERIOUS? BUT BUT, i thought we were gonna stay here for another two years??? I THOUGHT YOU SAID THAT WE WERE NOT GOING ANYWHERE!! HAH. I suppose that was a joke. Seriously? Hong Kong? I am so tired of moving and moving and moving. Did you know that i've never like stayed at one place for like at least four years? Yup, not me. I've been moving since i came into this world. Move move move. I'm really tired of it until i'm like ok, whatever. Do what you want. It's not like my say doesn't mean anything anymore. (Fyi, this doesn't count as an emo post. Cos i'm not an emo.) And my dad said, oh they'll let me know by tonight. Whoopdido. Sure let's just MOVE to HONGKONG! Let's leave my friends and my life here so that i can start over! I'm not saying HongKong is a horrible place. It's just that i'm too tired of moving. I'm tired of saying goodbye to my friends (that's the hardest part btw).

I watched Men In Tutus today. It was pretty hilarious. I think it would be funny for those who watch ballet? Yea. It was just like a ballet recital. It was like the history of ballet. And instead of a man and a woman. It was man and man. The muscular the man was, the funnier. And damn, can they dance. They're like friggin women! And to see them on their toes and dancing, i was thinking Ow. I can't even do that. Well, today was their last show. My fav act would be the Dying Swan. Ugh, my fever came back last night and this morning so i couldn't make it for training. And my whole body aches. And i feel like crap.

Last night, was Aunty Sim's 3rd year here. So she had a party. Btw, she's the awesome cafeteria lady downstairs who makes the most awesome food. Western food. Last night was sooo lifeless and boring. STAR TREK WAS WICKEDLY AWESOME! It was intense. The story was nice. The graphics were off the hook. And I thought it was better than X-Men.

It was funny and hot and adventurous and what not.

MUST WATCH. Even if you haven't watched a single episode or know anything about Star Trek. Like me. The characters were hot btw! Sylar was Spock and he did a really good job as him. It's almost similar to Heroes, he doesn't fit in yadiyada. And OH MY CHRIS! Chris Pine was HAWT. Captain James Titerious Kirk. Oh wow.

Oh during the movie, i got a fever. How awesome. I was freezing in the cinema. And felt like crap the whole 6 hours i was there. Sigh..

Bored? Have to wait for your transport to come? Well, think again! The first lame thing you could do is to crash something you're not suppose to go for. Ex : A class when a teacher is teaching, prefect meeting, ELDS meeting, Leo meeting, teacher's meeting or any board meeting you're not invited for. Or a party.

When i say crash i don't mean crash crash. You could spy on them. Yes, you read it right, I said, SPY. You know like Totally Spies? Here are a few tactics you can use :

1. Walk up and down outside the room like a million times and make sure they ask you what are you doing? And then say some excuse. OR just run away laughing like an idiot.

2. Literally spy on them. Like listen through the walls. And peeking in through doors.

There are more but i'm too lazy to type them.

They should follow the overseas way. The Host is a very good book. One of the nicest books i've read. It's not like Harry Potter or Eragon. It's not completely sci-fi. It's not a romance novel. And it's definitely NOT a retard book like Twilight. It's a sci-fi mix adventure and romance. The starting might be very confusing but if you have the patience to read it, it WILL pay off because it is a very well written novel. It is about life and love. It opens up another point of view about us humans and our world. It shows you how powerful love is and it teaches you to value your life. And it also shows us how cruel and violent our world is. It's true. Why don't you check out the newspapers today? All you see is violence, violence, cruelty, abuse and more violence. War this, war that. Honestly, I DON't THINK we even deserve our world. Look at what we did to it. Look at what we did to the enviroment. Anyways, please do read the sypnosis :

Melanie Stryder refuses to fade away.

Speaking of the environment, I don't understand why they keep advising us to oh, pay your bills online, do this online, do EVERYTHING online. Save paper. But did they know that as i am typing THIS, CO2 is being released into the atmosphere? Did they know that Google searches releases carbon dioxide? Did YOU all know that just by going online, viewing websites, Facebooking, reading the papers online, watching a video, DOWNLOADING stuff, it all pumps CO2 and burns fossil fuels and what not and therefore, it has a very HUGE carbon footprint. I bet you didn't know. SO whatever we do, we can't help but destroy our planet. Well, my classmates do. This was my PLBS topic for English. Hope you read it so that you can at least be aware of it :

So it's Sunday morning, you're sitting down at the computer with your cup of coffee, and you decide to search for the latest YouTube hit. You groan. That video is taking too long to load. You open a new window and decide to read the morning paper while you wait for the video to download. This scene may seem innocent enough, but were you aware of the fact that your websurfing has an impact on the environment? Would you be surprised to know that it contributes to a greater global carbon footprint than the whole of the aviation industry?
Although they might seem ephemeral, websites have real-world environmental footprints. Their files are stored on servers, viewed by personal computers, and connected via networks. To operate these components, all of which are necessary to create a complete website experience, electricity must be consumed. And to generate much of that electricity, fossil fuels like coal and natural gas are usually being burned.
So, when you are sitting in London viewing a website hosted in California, there are power plants on at least two continents actively pumping carbon dioxide into the atmosphere in order for you to watch that video or read that online newspaper.
Since millions of people are surfing the web every hour of every day, that carbon footprint adds up to an astounding 2% of international emissions each year. In fact, according to the American research firm Gartner, the carbon footprint of information and communications technology exceeded that of the global aviation industry for the first time in 2007. Add to your own footprint those of the billions of existing web searchers, not to mention those now coming online in Asia and Africa, and the numbers are staggering.
Even simple online activities take a toll on the environment. Google does not divulge its energy use or carbon footprint but, based on publicly available information, we have calculated that each Google search generates an estimated 5-10 g of CO2, in part because Google's unique infrastructure replicates queries across multiple servers, which then compete to provide the fastest answer to your query. On the other hand, just browsing a basic website generates about 20 mg of CO2 for every second you view it.
More complex websites with rich animations and video can be responsible for the emission of CO2 at up to 300 mg per second. Where are these emissions coming from? For a typical website experience, the dominant contribution to its footprint comes from the electricity consumed by its visitors' computers, followed by the network infrastructure needed to transmit the website, with the servers and data centers providing the website as the smallest contributor.

Did you read yesterday's newspapers about the cruel thing they did to the poor 400 dogs? The poor innocent stray dogs. It was sooo upsetting reading it. Some bozos, the people in Pulau Ketam, decided stupidly to dump 400 dogs in an uninhabited island! What the heck man. It's animal slaughter for crying out loud!!! The dogs there die of starvation and the other dogs eat their dead carcasses. Some dogs try to swim back but the fisherman shoo them away and they eventually DROWN. PLEASE la. This NO WAY to solve a/the problem. I, as an animal lover, hopes that the head of the bozo village and the people pay for their cruel, cruel, cruel, CRUEL thing they have done.

That's if unless, the strain DOESN'T mutate and become more dangerous. Anyhoo, i missed THE MPH Warehouse Sale. I missed it. And guess what i missed too? SJ and DJs IU Day and the outing yesterday at Sunway. I so so regret not going for all of that. Instead, i rotted at home and at tuition. Uhhmm, that was my lovely weekend.

Ohh and now i HAVE to sleep with the lights on because i fear something will come out from the dark and bit me and infect me with rabies. Ugh, blame Quarantine. I shouldn't have watched it But it was nice in the sense that it was scary as hell. You should watch it IF you like horror stuff.
